PRIVATE CLIENTS

1)    We like to meet with our clients on-site whenever possible.

2)    We begin by discussing the space and the client’s goals/needs.  We generate a preliminary idea that gives direction to the design phase.

3)    We complete necessary research and a rendering of the design for the space with a written proposal and price breakdown for the project.

We prefer to have 1/3 of the payment to begin, 1/3 at the pre-determined half-way point and 1/3 upon completion.
