COMMERCIAL CLIENTS (INTERIOR DESIGNERS, ARCHITECTS, BUILDERS)

1)    We like to meet on site if possible and establish the scope of the work in the first meeting.  We also like to have available any relevant samples of materials, initial drawings and/or reference materials.

2)    If a Designer has not established the design, we create a rendering or original samples (where applicable) and a written proposal, establish a work schedule and proceed.

3)    The payment schedule is the same for both commercial and private clients.

We bid per job rather than per hour.  The bid will be broken down into separate components.
